Our Space

The Lounge Our lounge is a comfortable and safe space for students to study, eat, and meet. There's a computer, plenty of tables and couches, as well as an assortment of childrens' toys.
	The Library We have an extensive library with many books, videos, and periodicals covering important issues related to women and Women's Studies. Materials are available for browsing in the center and for checkout. If you are interested in reserving a material for your class, please speak to one of the friendly front desk volunteers.
The Resource Hub The WRC has a wide variety of pamphlets addressing various women's issues and local organizations. We also have a community bulletin center, where you can find information and flyers for various educational, social, and career opportunities. If you would like us to share something from your organization, please speak to one of the friendly front desk volunteers.

Reserving the WRC Space

The Women’s Resource Center space is available for scheduling after regular business hours, pending availability and staffing. We do not reserve space for non-WRC events during our regular business hours.

If your organization is interested in reserving the WRC space for an event, please contact the Event Coordinator, Melanie Smith, at 503-725-5640 or melanie@pdx.edu. You will also need to submit an Event Proposal and fill out a Space Request Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
